Well we have all returned from Alaska. We flew out of Anchorage on Saturday evening at 11:30 and arrived the next day, Sunday, in Detroit at 11:30 am. Everything went fantastic with the flight. We did not have any delays or lost luggage.

Thank you again for all your support to make this trip happen. It was such a blessing to be able to go on the trip, and the Roeskes thanked us many times for coming. I know that the Holy Spirit was at work to make the trip a possibility and at work in the hearts of these teens and children; we were very blessed with a consistant number of 63 kids a day; we had about 75 total different kids. Todd told us that this was a great sign because the kids kept coming back so they must have liked what they heard. Please continue to pray for the people in Alaska that the Holy Spirit will continue to work in the hearts of the people there to bring them closer to Him and that He will grow the seeds that we planted.

Please consider continuing to support the Mission Trip to Alaska. Todd and Kim have told us multiple times about the importance of having similar people return on the Mission Trip because then the kids recognize us and know they can trust us. It is so important that Our Savior continues missions so that we can share God's Word with other people; why would we want to hold the good news to ourself. Alaska is a great Mission Trip for Our Savior to continue and it is also a blessing to have that connection with the Roeskes. Jenna would love to start planning for next year in a few months so that the trip can continue and we can raise funds for the trip.
